Why there are no terms and conditions

This website is an information page about Sunset Systems. It sells nothing, has no user accounts and accepts no content or payments from visitors, so there is nothing for separate terms of use to govern. Any engagement with Sunset Systems is covered by its own written agreement.

Sunset Systems is operated by ClubOk Inc., Los Angeles, California. Questions about this page or about your data: hello@sunsetsys.com.

What this website collects

No cookies. No analytics, advertising or tracking tools. No forms. Everything the page shows — text, images, fonts and its one script — comes from this site itself; your browser makes no requests to anyone else while you are here.

Like every web server, ours keeps a technical log of each request: your IP address, your browser’s name and version, the page you asked for and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure. They are held by our hosting provider, and we can see them for 30 days.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it to reply and to continue the conversation you started, and keep it for as long as that conversation, or the relationship that follows from it, requires.

Who handles data for us

Railway hosts this website and its server logs, Google Workspace carries our email, and GoDaddy manages our domain. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@sunsetsys.com.

Security

This site is served only over an encrypted connection, with strict browser security settings. To report a vulnerability, see security.txt.

Changes

If this page changes, we will update it and the date at the top.
